Quick Tour is intended to introduce you to the arguments discussed in this site. It is organized to reduce the time needed for the downloads. It briefly introduces the most important images we want to bring to your attention, side by side with the NASA links necessary to check the authenticity of our image content.
Every time we came across weird, unexplicable images in the NASA archives, their official representives would say they're just strange exotic geology or optical illusions. Images that on closer inspection turned out to be 'duds', the result of poor image enhancement, or image artifacts and optical ambiguity are avoided in this site. The  conjectures we make are on the images remaining after the selective elimination process.  Please feel free to give us your own interpretations based exclusively on what you see.  We welcome thoughtful input.

The Government Information Locator Service (GILS) is a new way to identify, locate, and describe publicly available Federal information resources, including electronic information resources. GILS records identify public information resources within the Federal Government, describe the information available in these resources, and assist in obtaining the information. GILS is a decentralized collection of agency-based information locators using network technology and international standards to direct users to relevant information resources within the Federal Government.
The NASA Information Locator
The NASA Information Locator is a Government Information Locator Service (GILS) that can help you identify public NASA information sources. This includes any information source: servers on the Internet, printed publications, phone-based services, and similar resources.
