This storm is being steered in the same direction as Katrina by creating an enormous
updraft of heated air over GWEN towers that creates a "vacuum " that will suck the storm in that direction

Evidence of a "super GWEN installation near Lake Charles La provides a barrier of artificial "high" dome
that resists western flow will insure the path into the updraft vacuum being created
over the Alabama Mississippi state line pair of GWEN towers -Fonebone
