GWEN Towers Steer Jetstream

In the last frame the west sweep beam "searchlite" footprint is centered over the hurricane
Note the rain puffs in the midsection of the country - these are the GWEN towers
that are used to steer the jet stream and seem to be able create barriers that also have the capicity to guide storms in certain directions -

the GWEN towers seem to stregnthen the front at the lower end of theCanadian comma in Manitoba

also note the strange anomaly in the fog off the Baja pacific coast
This band may be the telltale footprint of the Russian beams the have been targeting the midwest
