REMEMBER THE OLD AIRPORT BEACON

REMEMBER THE OLD AIRPORT BEACON - every city airport had a
rotating beacon that rotated in a clockwise direction and every
other beam was white light and the beam 180 degrees opposite was
a brilliant green ---
the rotating sweep beam illustrated in the attachment seems to
have its pivot point in eastern Canada or Greenland - although
the beam rotates 24/7 it is visible only when moisture is
condensed at the E L F wave anti-nodes as the beam sweeps - thus
indirectly revealing its presence - fonebone

this rotating beam
is not haarp -which is in western Canada/Alaska direction
