Here I've increased the brightness.
Notice how her waving creates
subtle shadows that aren't even visable at the original size.
The footage seems to waver because of heat rising distorting the light
before it reaches the camera.
There would be no way on god's earth of animating this sequence. Between
the random nature of rising air currents and the subtle shadows keyed
to her waving, it bears all the hallmarks of a perfectly natural event.
