This footage was found on Kazaa, a huge
capture 640x480, marred by extreme interlacing.
Upon close recent examination, I noticed that it had been originally PAL format,
and it's proper dimensions were 600x480.
More detail came into focus once I corrected this.
My clue that this was meant to be a PAL shape video was that every fifth frame
was duplicated almost always, to conform with NTSC standard 29.970 frames per
second.
My detail videos are presented at 2 frames per second with duplicate frames removed.
